With the MasterQMS guest log, employees can quickly register a new visitor directly in the system. When creating a visitor entry, the guest’s first name, last name, and company are entered, giving the organization a clear overview of who is visiting.
The visitor can also be assigned to an internal employee who is responsible for the visit. This makes it easy to ensure that the right person receives the guest and remains responsible for them throughout the visit.
The expected visit time, including both date and time, is also entered during registration. Once the information has been completed, the employee simply clicks “Create Visitor,” and the guest is added to the company’s system.
MasterQMS provides a consolidated overview of all visitors who have been at the company. In the system’s list view, you can see relevant information for each guest, including the date of the visit, the employee they were assigned to, and the time of the visit.
This type of visitor management makes it easier to keep track of both planned and completed visits. The company can quickly see who is expected to arrive, who has already visited, and on which dates individual guests were present.
A digital guest log also provides better traceability and documentation, which can be important in relation to internal procedures, access control, security, and relevant ISO standards.
When a guest has completed their visit, the employee can register the check-out directly in MasterQMS. The date and time of the guest’s departure are recorded in the system.
This ensures that the entire visit is documented from start to finish. The company gets a complete visitor log showing when the guest arrived, who was responsible for the visit, and when the guest checked out.
