This is smart because complaint and deviation data becomes independent of the individual employee in your company, but they will remain responsible and manage the case.

In the system, you can save fixed costs, such as what a production hour costs, so that the person handling the deviation only has to enter how much time has been spent. If the task is not performed, the person responsible is notified to ensure that the error is handled efficiently. Companies often focus on what they need to do to rectify an error (remedial actions), but often forget to take measures to prevent them from happening again (corrective actions).
