At MasterQMS, we offer to prepare a carbon account and a clear climate report (Climate Report Basic), including selected ESG key figures as part of your ESG reporting. The report can be used as supporting documentation for public tenders, company marketing, internal improvement processes, discussions with your bank adviser, and as part of the annual management report. The climate report and your carbon account provide a clear overview of the company’s total CO₂ emissions and identify where action can be taken to reduce emissions. Although CO₂ emissions cannot be eliminated entirely, targeted ESG reporting and specific initiatives can help reduce the company’s carbon footprint and contribute to addressing climate challenges.

How We Prepare Your Climate Report

We make it simple to get started with your climate report. The process is structured and requires minimal time from your organization.

Step 1: Data Collection

You complete a checklist with the necessary information about your company’s activities, energy consumption, transport, and other relevant areas – providing the foundation for your carbon account.

Step 2: Data Processing and Calculation

We analyze the data and prepare your carbon account together with relevant ESG key figures, which form the foundation of your climate report.

Step 3: Preparation of the Climate Report

Based on the collected data, we compile everything into a professional and easy-to-understand climate report that provides a clear overview of your company’s carbon footprint.

Step 4: Delivery and Use

You receive a completed report package that can be used for tenders, customers, marketing, and as documentation in your ESG reporting.

The input and calculations are then processed offline, after which you receive a draft for review. The full process is typically completed within 5–8 business days.
